Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Purpose of Role: To provide ongoing sales support services to the Liberty Travel consultants and their customers within the Liberty Travel State Networks. 
Responsibilities as a Sales Support Coordinator:
Assisting with answering inbound customer phone calls, and pass new inquiry or existing customers on to the appropriate consultant
Check and distribute voicemails to the consultants of the network.  Within that duty there is a responsibility to escalate service issues to the Network Manager and National Sales Director. 
Investigate and inform network of the policies for a partner rebook instruction prior to a customer redeeming a Future Travel Credit. 
Vetting of Customer 1 leads prior to distributing the lead to a consultant.
Tracking commission and refunds from our partners and suppliers.
Helping to finish the remaining refunds left to process within the business
Review of Open Ledgers and support financial reconciliations within the network
Maintaining and distributing the Sabre Queues of the closed locations and teams that merged into the Network.  Running spectra’s to ensure schedule changes are actioned
Rebooking Future Travel Credit bookings for consultants who departed
Reaching out to the databases of consultants who left to reintroduce them to the brand and new contact details
Position Requirements:
Previous experience working within Sabre, Leisure OMNIS and Customer 1
Travel experience in leisure retail sales
Experience in building, maintaining, and managing client relationships
Excellent computer and typing skills
Professional, customer service-oriented mentality
Positive attitude and a will to succeed independently, as well as part of team
Able to work a flexible work schedule (including Saturday’s)
