About the Role
The purpose of this role is to ensure our operational teams have a dedicated expert to help them and their customers get the most out of the tools they use, and are always informed of progress on their support related issues.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Application support – Maintains application support processes, and checks that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures
Customer Service Support – Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution
Consultancy – Seeks to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited
Service Level Management – Analyses service records against agreed service levels regularly to identify actions required to maintain or improve levels of service
Incident Management – Prioritises and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures
About You
You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a real passion for problem solving, as well an end-to-end understanding of accounting processes. Prior travel manager and/or IT support desk experience is a must.
Our ideal candidate will also have outstanding time management, the ability to work under pressure, plan and priorities their own work and set clearly defined objectives.
