About the opportunity
As the Partner Onboarding Specialist, your key objective will be to work with the Business Development Team and onboard non-key accounts (that have been won in the last 24 months) into the business effectively. This will generally involve a brand new partner, however, other onboarding may be required from time to time. The core purpose it to make sure the partner has everything they need to smoothly sell our products and operate as quickly as possible.
Your main responsibilities are:
Establish solid relationships with partners, and create an effective transition from the BDM team. Be the main point of contact for non-key accounts won, to the point when they are trading.
Responsible for writing service level agreements for partners to the point of being handed over to the Account Management support team.
Create a smooth and seamless experience for our partners and make sure all product is loaded in business systems for quick effective trading if necessary.
Monitor account performance for the first few months and check in with the partner regularly by phone/email to make sure they have everything they need (or growth opportunities).
About you The Essentials:
Sales and/or account management experience in the travel/hospitality industry.
In-depth Asia/Americas experience preferred.
Proven track record of onboarding accounts and growing them. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Outstanding sales skills, ability to own a relationship.
Results orientated and hungry to see your accounts grow.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible and implement change when needed.
Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders) with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity. Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and able to work outside office hours when required.
Solution focused, turning problems into a resolution quickly.
Able to work independently and within a team, assisting team members to help everyone achieve results.
Willing to travel on business when required, both domestically and internationally.
