Payroll Integration Specialist (12 month contract)
So, what are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate payroll professional to lead the charge on our new and exciting Electronic Forms Project. The project will include investigation and analysis of the current systems and processes to implement automation thru our ESS.
We need someone who will join our large team of 11 and who can bring a wealth of experience and knowledge.

This role will Report to the National Payroll Manager with a dotted line into the Payroll Projects Leader.
Key accountabilities:
Lead the implementation of Electronic Forms project via ESS
Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business stakeholders.
Ensure project requirements are captured accurately
Ensure project tasks are completed on time and with accuracy
Assist in creating process flows, work instruction, test scripts and end user training
Key competencies & attributes
Proficient payroll experience from a back-end perspective (configuration, integration, testing etc.)
Demonstrated experience in payroll system implementations
Demonstrates expert understanding of payroll systems & processes (including leave accruals, payrun processes, Masterfile data, timesheets)
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Exceptional Problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task by managing a range of activities daily
High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change and a pressured work environment.
Experience & knowledge
5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
Sound working knowledge of excel
Experience working with Ascender Payroll system desirable
