About your opportunity…
The Product Analyst is responsible for understanding and quantifying the behaviour of users of our technology products, assisting product managers to effectively prioritise enhancements. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills as they will need to work with multiple stakeholders and explain potentially complex research outcomes.
What you will do…
Executes generative research in order to find opportunities for innovation in systems, products and services
Collects and analyses data related to people’s behaviours, needs, and opinions
Supports synthesis of findings and the creation of insights, reports and presentations to inform decision making and drive actions
Contributes to selection of the user research approaches for projects and initiatives
Supports adoption of agreed approaches
Contributes to the development of organisational methods and standards for user research
Facilitates input from users and stakeholders
Investigates operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated processes
Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements and problems
Works with stakeholders, to identify potential benefits and available options in defining acceptance tests
Applies standard techniques to support the specification of measures and the collection and maintenance of data for measurement
Generates, produces and distributes reports
Uses measurement tools for routine analysis of data
Identifies and implements improvements to data collection methods
Identifies and describes the user objectives for systems, products and services
Identifies the roles of affected stakeholder groups
Defines the required behaviour and performance of the system, product or service in terms of the total user experience, resolving potential conflicts between differing user requirements
Specifies measurable criteria for the required usability and accessibility of the system, products and services
Who you are…
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Outstanding written and verbal skills are required
Professional and respectful in dealing with stakeholders
Ability to build trust in relationships
Knowledge of the Corporate businesses and how they relate to FCTG as a whole is desirable
Outstanding time management and organisational skills applied to managing workload, deadlines and deliverables.
Ability to plan and prioritise own work and set clearly defined objectives
Ability to work under pressure
Degree qualifications in relevant discipline (desirable)
Travel industry experience (desirable)
Product management experience (desirable)
Business analysis experience (desirable)
