Product and Marketing Analyst
As a key member of the Finance team, the analyst provides analytical and commercial support to our internal businesses of Product, and Marketing. The analyst is responsible for developing analytics to support Flight Centre travel group through insightful dashboards and analysis thereof. In addition, the analyst will instigate and support projects and new initiatives the business requires.
Working closely with the financial controller of product and other senior stakeholders across Flight Centre, your role involves enhancing and developing our BI & SQL capability to inform and enable our Marketing and Product leaders to identify and deliver growth initiatives, assist with the development of customer journeys and uplift customer experience potentials
Your opportunity in this influential role as our Product & Marketing Analyst, some of your key duties will include functions include:
Migrating existing reporting and analysis from excel / Tableau to Microsoft Power BI Platform.
Develop new and innovative Power BI solutions to support our business growth
Ad-hoc/BAU tasks as well as in-house projects and initiatives using our internal systems and databases.
Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
What skills are we looking for?
Strong Analytically & Time Management skills
Experience of designing and developing reports and dashboards (Previous Power BI and SQL experience is a must)
Degree (Strongly Preferred) and/or Min 3years experience in commercial environment
