About your opportunity…
Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for an experienced Product Communication Lead. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair and knowledge of UX design, who is good at storytelling and using visuals to effectively communicate to a broad audience.
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Management team in Global Land Supply to support them in marketing and communication of their product roadmap and development plans.
Your stakeholders will include internal customers such as selling divisions and brands that may be the intended target market of the new product or enhancement to an existing product as well as internal operations teams.
What you will be doing…
Marketing and communication of new products and changes for all the Global Land supply products across stakeholder groups
Contribute to the creation and building of the Global Land Supply brand across stakeholders
Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience to help drive the adoption of new products and existing product enhancements
Support Global Land and Supply Packaging products contribution to the profitable growth of Flight Centre’s divisions and brands
Gain a broad knowledge of our product, including its value proposition, key features, user journeys, business goals, and KPIs
What you need to land the role…
An articulate and confident communicator both verbally and in writing
Creative flair with an attention to detail
Understanding of UX design principles and how these can be effectively used in story telling
A people person with strong relationship building skills
Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with others
Experience with development and execution of product marketing strategy
Demonstrated ability to prioritize among competing opportunities and articulate the rationale behind your decisions
Perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments
