An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, motivated and dedicated individual to join our Recruitment Team at Flight Centre Travel Group.
Stakeholder management will come naturally to you, and you will go out of your way to deliver to your customers and FCTG leaders at all levels of the business. You will be working with our Corporate brands to recruit the best people in the travel industry.
You will be joining the Recruitment Centre during an exciting period, as we undergo new developments to enhance the way FCTG recruits. This role will also give you a fantastic opportunity to develop recruitment expertise, relationships with key business leaders, and plenty of scope to partner with a range of FCTG brands and businesses.
What you will be doing:
Providing full cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, needs analysis with the hiring managers, interviewing, selection processes, status communication with candidates and hiring managers, as well as offer management.
Managing activity and proactively assisting in delivering results to achieve business targets.
Ensuring that the Recruitment Centre is the custodian and role model of our philosophies and values
Championing team initiatives such as employer branding strategies, employee referrals and retention.
Managing the recruitment process through various means including internal and external job posting, head hunting, LinkedIn and database networking.
Building close relationships with all brands and aligning with corporate processes, policy standards and selection criteria to enhance a culture of on-going process improvement.
Account management of preferred agencies and internal business leaders.
This role will not be easy; however, your hard work will be worth it. You’ll face challenges and work with daily deadlines in this high-volume role. You will be hands-on from day one and as such, this role suits someone who is confident, highly flexible and adaptable and who thrives in a busy work environment.

Proven results with targets and KPIs in a volume environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build multi-level relationships
Proactive approach, resilience and ability to problem solve
Integral and confident character
High emotional intelligence with strong awareness of self and others
Minimum of two years of experience in an internal/agency recruitment
Self-motivation with the ability to thrive in a results-driven working environment
