We are in search of a Regional Leader for Travel Money Oz South Australia/Victoria. As a Regional Leader, you will be the key business person responsible for the success of your region, including growing in numbers across stores, staff, customers, sales, and profits. You will provide local support and accountability to up to 24 stores across the region.

Profitable growth

Compliance and store operating procedures

Ensuring all staff receive appropriate training and development
Maintaining a strong working relationship with internal and external partners
Local Store Marketing strategies
Understanding, monitoring, tracking and driving incentives

Proven success as a Brand Leader
A strong understanding of Travel Money Oz products, processes and marketing
Ability to liaise with all stakeholders of the business
Strong negotiation skills
You’re ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiser
You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving
