Roles:
* Responsible for in-store sales and daily retail operations
* Communication of our brand story to retail customers
* Attending to customer enquiries and make product recommendations
* Providing a high level of customer service as a reflection of our brand values
* Inventory management/Administrative duties in relation to sales
* Upkeep of fixtures and merchandise
Job-specific Skillset/Takeaways:
* Knowledge of leather tanning, crafting and aftercare techniques
* Hands-on work with installation
* Personalisation (hot stamping/monogramming) techniques
Requirements:
* Fluent in English (Having Chinese as 2nd Language is a great addition)
* Possess good communication skills
* Proactive, independent and self-driven individuals with initiative and integrity are preferred.
* Retail sales experience is a plus
* Able to work retail hours and weekends/PH on a shift work basis.
