Job title:
Sales Lead Qualifier
Purpose:
The Sales Lead Qualifier is responsible for accelerating new business by generating leads from e-customers (online enquiry) for the retail teams to convert.
Duties and responsibilities (KRAs)
Generate Leads:
Qualify e-customers (online enquiry) leads from Closer/Customer 1 (FC internal systems)
Deal with high volumes of outbound calling
Manage referrals systematically to Retail Teams
Manage any queries accordingly and adhere to One Best Way process
Assist in tracking any enquiries taken
Adhere to FCB culture and expectations:
Maintain positive disposition for customers
Ensure all One Best Way processes are followed, i.e. Closer, Sales Process, KPIs
Participate in weekly sales meetings with feedback on results and trends
Participate in monthly 101s and performance reviews;

Education and qualification:
Minimum requirements

Matric
Relevant Tertiary qualification, e.g. business
Travel qualification
Experience:
2 year+ experience outbound sales calling experience advantageous
2 years+ customer service experience
Excellent communication skills via phone and written correspondence area is a must.
Ability to hold engaging conversations over the phone and a high quality of email etiquette is a must;
Ability to identify and understand customer requirements is a must;
Ability to work with high volume is a must;
