Job Title:
Senior Business Technology Partner
Summary:
This individual would represent our various brands and businesses within Technology. Each BTP is assigned to a business or brand within FCTG Americas.
Responsibilities:
Understand and communicate business strategy and translate that into tactical projects and initiatives
Communicate and coordinate technology changes within the FCTG brands/businesses
Provide understanding and guidance on business processes as they impact project delivery
Act as Project Manager, Stakeholder and/or subject matter expert on all projects within your business portfolio
Ensure that brand/business is receiving service from the Technology team that meets their needs and maximizes efficiency and profitability
Version Release Testing & Coordination for projects
Support key communication plans with all areas of the business across FCTG America
Develop & maintain effective relationships with internal departments & vendors
Requirements:
Project management experience
Excellent communication skills
Presentation, relationship building and persuasion skills
Travel required to fulfill meeting and training responsibilities.
Minimum 3 years in a Business Technology or Project Management role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Works well in both a team and individual environment
Organized project management skills such as critical thinking, problem solving and active listening
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks
Strong ability to pick up new systems quickly and effectively
Detailed knowledge of product development processes
