Senior Producer – Meetings & Events
About the opportunity: 
We are looking for a Senior Producer within our Event Operations team to ensure the highest standard of production execution for our clients’ live, hybrid and virtual events. This person would lead the production elements of corporate events, working alongside our event planners and project managers. This is a leadership opportunity to teach and mentor future production team members in the knowledge of creative, technical, audio, lighting, video, data, IT and production.
Responsibilities: 
Technical management of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
Management of virtual event technology & streaming tools
Creation and management of critical production documents such as critical paths, run of show, storyboards, budgets etc.
Provide support to the Sales & Account Management teams for pitches and proposals with production elements
Extensive knowledge of virtual event technology
Speaker and Rehearsal Management
Overseeing and/or supervising all production aspects of an event
Creation or formulation of event production ideas and strategies
Management of concurrent projects from end to end
Ensure implementation of project systems and procedures
Ensure accurate reporting of financials
Maximize profitability opportunities on production jobs
Ability to resolve client and supplier issues at a senior level
Negotiate at a senior level with established and potential suppliers
Development of client relationships for consistent and repeat business opportunities.
Utilize leadership skills to develop and mentor all levels within the future production team, and event operations team members.
Experience & Qualifications: 
Minimum 8 years experience in the Production Industry (in conjunction with corporate event experience is preferred)
Demonstrated customer service experience
Proven track record in effective leadership
Able to manage technical people at a senior level

Location: Flexible! This position may be performed remotely or in-office (or ideally, a bit of both!).  
All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, priority will be given to those located in our corporate headquarter cities of: New York, NY, or Montvale, NJ.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the State of Colorado
