Day to day,ย you willย be:ย ย
ย
Contributing to the definition and development of detailed customer experience designs from project inception, through to build and launchย
Conducting user research activities including interviews, contextual enquiries, A/B testing, surveys, and metrics analysisย
Contributing to the creation of UX deliverables including scenario mapping, user journeys and workflows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypesย
Contributing to the design of Products that embody core user experience principles whilst balancing the needs of customers and the businessย
Planning and conducting face-to-face and remote usability studies of existing and proposed designs, and documenting recommendations for improvementย
Conducting heuristic reviews of existing workflows and documenting recommendations for improvements.โฏ

Youโllย be perfect in this role if you can showcase:ย
ย
โฏ4+ yearsโ experience as a UX/UI or Product Designerย
Strong knowledge of user-centred design and design thinkingย methodologies and techniquesย
Your abilityย to plan and conduct UX researchย
Your ability toย validate design decisions and concepts with data andย user testingย
Strong in foundational UI designย
Experience using and contributing to a design system such as Google Material or similarย
Experience working with wireframing/prototyping toolsย
Experience with mobile-first responsive designย
Service Design experience is desired
