Job Summary:
Provide excellent customer service standards to guests at Brotzeit® restaurant establishments and ensure that guests’ needs are met timely.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction
Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of guests
Provide exceptional service to guests
Responds quickly to guests in a timely and friendly manner
Provide customer service to guests and ensure diners have a pleasant dining experience
Conduct table visitations to ensure that guests are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Operations
Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities
Inform guests of any daily specials
Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items and making recommendation upon requests
Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware
Food Hygiene and Safety Standards
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
Proactive and constant maintenance and cleanliness in line with Brotzeit® guidelines
Job Requirements:
F&B experience will be an advantage. No experience is welcome. Training will be provided
Posseses a service orientated mind
Pleasent and cheerful personality with a postive mindset
Strong team player
Able to work in a fast pace enviroment
Able to do shift work
