Cruising obsessed? We have the opportunity for you! With a newly created team, we are on the hunt for a Team Leader to motivate, drive and sail the team to success. With a dedicated marketing channel for cruise enquiries, we have customers eager to hit the water, and get back to what they love. Best part is, you could be cruising while looking after your customers, as this role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere within Australia!
Day to Day
100% Work From Home model or option to work in one of our corporate teams office locations
Want OTE earnings of $95k+
Proven results leading a team remotely
Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Lead a team to hit KPI’s and targets
Marketing driven cruise enquiries
Monday to Friday business working hours – have the weekend off
Strong collaborative working environment – all ideas are valued and considered
All about you:
Minimum 2 years in the travel industry
Cruise obsessed
Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations
To be a “people person” who values the importance of developing strong relationships
Destination knowledge is a must
A high level of attention to detail
GDS experience required, Sabre highly regarded
