About the Role
You will be a trusted extension of our customers day to day travel needs. You will ensure that the service agreement between the customer and Stage and Screen is delivered in every interaction and in a way that ensures total client satisfaction and client retention.  More specifically, the role’s responsibilities will include:
Managing your own portfolio of corporate accounts.  Transact all clients, travel requirements, in a timely, accurate, friendly and helpful manner in accordance with minimum standards
Compliance with client’s service level agreement, one best way guidelines and agreed expectations.
Actively developing and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships 
Attending client meetings and client events
Contribute and maintain an up-to-date customer event / tour pipeline.
About You
Who our customers deal with everyday makes the world of difference to them. They like someone with a little flare and pizazz that can get the job done with ease.  The key competencies we are looking for are:
An eye for detail – This skill is critical when you are looking after large groups of travellers often moving between countries.
Knowledge –  We need a person that continues to learn and shares their knowledge with the customer and the team. You’ll be negotiating 100 rooms at a time at a 5 star hotel and our customers want you to know whether there are balconies, pools, gyms, is it quiet, when was it last refurbished.  This extends to airlines, cars and transfers too.
Collaboration – No single person can manage 10 groups on their own, this takes a whole team effort.
Relationships – Our suppliers and our customers are a big part of our success.   You’ll need to maintain relationships with all of our customers and key suppliers.
Initiative – Problem solving abilities are a key requirement. Be prepared to be challenged every day to think outside the box
To be considered for the role you will have international travel booking experience in a corporate, retail, wholesale or airline environment, and you will stand out from the crowd if you have experience in entertainment travel.
