Job Description
– Manage a team of teachers in one/ two student care centres.
– Establishing performance goals and objectives for the school and for teachers keep teachers in trained motivated and evaluate teaching methods and provide performance standards for teachers and other employees.
– Provide counselling for students with behavioural/ disciplinary issues and monitor students’ progress.
– Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and in charge of yearly events and activities of the centre.
Job Requirements
– Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional degree, Business/ Administrative/ Management or equivalent
– Able to teach primary level Math, English, Science and Chinese.
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the student care/ education industry is required.
– Dedicated, reliable, creative, disciplined and able to multi-task.
