 is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and driven Tailormade Support individual to join our global, diverse team! Based in Bali, Hanoi or Saigon.  

About the Opportunity 

As a member of the Discova Tailormade Support team, you will be a part of a group of passionate individuals who are committed to consistently delivering an excellent sales experience and who take pride in their expertise of Discova’s product offerings and destinations. You will be customer obsessed and deliver a consistent high service both during and post-sale. You will be a key part in supporting our Tailormade Experts and achieving our business goals. You will have an eye for detail, and go above and beyond to deliver a high level of customer service to our partners so that they return to us time and time again. 

Your main responsibilities are:    

Review new enquiries and respond as necessary to qualify and get more information if necessary

Assign new enquiries to team members based on staff destination knowledge  

Assist with amendments to existing bookings, i.e. change of hotel, transfer time or experiences as necessary post-sale 

Working with reservations to make sure all elements of the booking are confirmed, and confirmations are issued within company guidelines 

Assist with quoting on simple enquiry, standalone transfers, tours, or 2-3 day itineraries 

Stay informed of industry trends, customer habits and interests, destination and supplier news, and other topics that will help confirm sales 

About you  

The Essentials: 

Minimum 1-year experience in the tourism industry or inbound tourism is desirable 

Fluent in both written and spoken English is required and other European languages would be an advantage 

Advanced computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems

Outstanding customer service skills   

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible  

Excellent communicator – comfortable communicating by phone, video calls, email, and chat/messenger  

High attention to detail and strong time/priority management skills 

Able to work both independently and in a team environment 

Solution-focused and great at problem solving 

Able to adapt to uncertainties and changes and remain calm under pressure  

Willing to travel on business when required 

Personally aligned with Discova’s company purpose and values 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Discova’s systems would be an advantage
