About the role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work collaboratively for entry to mid-level leadership roles within FCM Asia offices – Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Japan.  You will work within our Regional HR Operations team and provide consultative and supportive subject matter expert advice on best practice talent acquisition approach and delivery. 
You will take a proactive approach in understanding talent acquisition needs from HR Business Partners and Business Leaders. This will include attending and contributing to regular departmental and HR meetings with relevant recruitment metrics and external market data/trends, market trends by discipline and future talent market activity for consideration.
Representing the Regional HR Operations team, you will also be required to provide some local HR support to our Malaysian office from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive across the full recruitment lifecycle within our Asia offices- from posting advertisements, actively headhunting (over the phone, email, and social media), and guiding applicants through the interview process and offer
Work collaboratively with business leaders and HR Business Partners
Attraction and engagement of active and passive candidates across the various recruitment platforms and technologies
Market mapping organizations for identification of passive talent in line with FCM’s needs
End to end management of talent attraction projects and targeted recruitment campaigns
Ensure the integrity of the information entered into our applicant tracking system and promotion of modern recruitment best practices.
Promote and support the data driven talent acquisition approach and strive for constant collaboration across both across all Asia offices.
Be a cultural ambassador for FCM
Required Experience & Skills 
Demonstrated experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience at writing job descriptions, emails, making headhunt calls, qualifying candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, and closing on offers.
Strong problem solving, attention to detail and analytical skills, a curious demeanour, and an interest in improving operational efficiencies and processes within the team.
Strong organisation skills and proactive self management
Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships across the various functions (technology, commercial, customer success, etc).
Interest and passion to work within a fast-paced, cross-cultural, travel technology environment.
Experience managing process improvement projects with a focus on quality, creativity and on-time turnaround of deliverables.
Desirable – Previous recruitment experiences in Singapore, Hong Kong, China or Japan will be highly beneficial.
