About the Opportunity
Reporting into the EGM Premium and Emerging Brands, the purpose of this role is to set the strategy and future direction of the Travel Money Group and lead the Travel Money Group SWOT team to create a consistent retail and online customer experience.  Success will be measured through growth in TTV and profit. The attributes of discipline, accountability as well as the ability fully understand our front end business, are key.
Key Role Outcomes
YOY TTV, Commission and Profit growth in the core retail business
Formulation and execution of a long term vision for the retail business
Execution of a growth plan which delivers productive and physical growth
Formulate and strategise the growth of the Brand through shop expansion and people growth
Work closely with the Brand Leaders, providing guidance to ensure profit targets, people development and new shop openings happen in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with Brand Leaders to identify future leaders in shops and potential drivers of our business
Liaise with support disciplines and all internal businesses to ensure the appropriate level of product and services are being provided to suit the needs of your Nation
Monthly financial analysis of division results to highlight opportunities (not limited to productivity and margin opportunities)
Oversee the management of hedging strategy and Cash management in store
Travel card sales growth
Ensure TM brands have adequate share on voice in marketing mediums
Oversee end to end customer journey both in store and online
Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with wholesale partners
Formulate communication systems and plan for the growth of your Brand Leader team
Strategies relating to the communication and implementation across the business of all new FCTG and / or TMG initiatives
Work closely with the leadership to ensure a focus on the customer is paramount
Work closely with discipline leaders to ensure cross functional business initiatives are implemented into the business in a timely manner
Display strong change management skills in order to deliver new initiatives to the business
What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Senior Leadership position.
The ability to set and drive budgets, perform financial analysis coupled with a strong results orientation
A determination to succeed and a personal drive that is second to none.
