The Challenges
Provide support to team leader and ensure daily operations run smoothly
To manage the material flow for both inbound and outbound shipments to and from the Asia Pacific Regions
Record and report any non-compliance issues in the system
Report schedule issues to Customer and material plant planner
Follow up on open orders following customer’s requirement
Maintain and provide timely and accurate shipments visibility as per customer’s requirements.
Report and record any noncompliance in the system following Customer’s business rules
Create and sent timely Pre-advise (arranging the pick-ups in the system) or pick up request for air and ocean shipments. In order to coordinate and instruct carriers and freight forwarders
What It Takes
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain or equivalent experience
A good team player with a sense of urgency and proactive
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication Skill
Immediate starter preferred
Potential to convert to perm subjected to performance
Able to commit to one year contract
