We’re looking for a user experience (UX) officer that can work with product team through user experience, design thinking, well-defined content strategy, and global tech product consistency.
The UX officer is primarily responsible for conducting initial user research, driving a solution vision based on business and user insights, designing desirable and intuitive multi-channel experiences, developing wireframes and visual designs, and iteratively validating solutions with users.
The UX officer helps the product team deliver on high-visibility, high-impact projects across multiple product verticals and build products that captivate and engage our travelers.
Responsibilities
Facilitate projects, allocate resources, and drive consensus with stakeholders across time zones.
Carry out end to end UX/UI design.
Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing.
Quickly and thoroughly build user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to optimally conceptualize new product initiatives.
Identify improvement areas and optimize design solutions.
Explore hypotheses, ideas, concepts, and features through user research, competitor analysis, and user testing.
Strong visual design skills, able to build compelling, branded, high-fidelity product screens.
Ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy through actively collaborating as part of a cross-functional team.
Communicate sophisticated, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Build successful UX solutions through tracking of user experience metrics, reports and analytics.
Foresee and optimize the external user experience and also optimize the internal user experience of various departments to help the company increase the output of value and the production efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
With minimum related 6 years of hands on UX/UI design in an agile product team.
A true team player who cares about collaborative culture and ongoing process improvements.
Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, product management, and engineering.
Phenomenal communication skills.
Thrive in navigating sophisticated partner landscapes.
Experienced user of Figma, Principles, Adobe applications.
