The Fairmont Hanoi, opening in early 2026, will offer 241 luxurious rooms inspired by Vietnam's traditional colours and French colonial influences. Guests can enjoy a special opening offer with a $41 (VND 1,000,000) credit per night for stays from February to 30 April 2026. Meanwhile, Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit will debut in mid-2026, featuring 419 rooms and extensive facilities, with rates starting from $270 (THB 9,800++) per night.
In China, Fairmont Dalian will open mid-2026, offering 70 guestrooms in a restored heritage building. The Fairmont Red Sea, set to open in May 2026, will boast 193 rooms and six dining concepts, including an overwater restaurant. This resort will highlight sustainable development along the pristine Red Sea coastline.
In the US, Fairmont New Orleans will open in June 2026 in the Central Business District, offering 250 guestrooms and a 10,000 square foot spa. Finally, Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere, will open in late 2026 in the UK, featuring 116 bedrooms and an 18-hole golf course on a historic estate.
