The programme, attended by 21 hospitality professionals, focused on crucial topics such as food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and waste management. Led by Dr V. Pasupathy, the training aimed to provide practical insights to strengthen food safety measures within the participants' establishments.
HRAWI has a commendable track record, having trained and certified 3,716 hospitality professionals through its FoSTaC and FSSAI's Management Training Programme.
