Previously, Vidyashankar served as Area Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR functions for 18 hotels across six states. His career with Hyatt includes various leadership roles, covering multi-location HR leadership, hotel pre-openings, talent management, and industrial relations.
Vidyashankar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources and Marketing from SIES College of Management Studies, Nerul, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
