We are looking for a creative and professional individual to join our marketing team in the position of Assistant Manager – Marketing. We’re looking for someone who is well organised, has a mature attitude and understands modern marketing tactics in the hospitality or wellness sectors.
You will work at both the corporate and property level to promote the company’s consultancy services as well as the spas and wellness resorts around the world that we manage. You will also be involved in wellness concept development for our consultancy clients that include some of the biggest names in hospitality.
This position involves significant copywriting and content creation tasks and therefore requires a near-native level of written English language fluency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing and updating all collateral, including coordination at the property level and guiding the work of the graphic designer.
- Responsible for developing, updating and consistently monitoring the company’s B2B and B2C websites.
- Development and execution of the events and campaign plans.
- Works in close coordination with GOCO’s interdisciplinary team members on the development of concept documents, branded wellness hospitality solutions and related work for projects across the globe.
- Assists in developing communication materials, both online and offline, including but not limited to: advertising, public relations, press releases, e-mailing campaigns, newsletters, and blogging.
Position Specifications:
- Experience in marketing, communications and PR.
- Experience in hospitality and wellness sectors is a plus.
- High level of English copywriting skills required.
- Graphic design skills highly valued.
- Enjoy research and staying up to date on hospitality, wellness and marketing trends.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and proven ability to coordinate projects and multi-task.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Can-do attitude.
