Out of hours business travel consultant(home working) – Required for this expanding business travel company with their head office based in London. They are looking for an experienced senior business travel consultant with strong sabre and ideally knowledge of Amadeus to join the team. They will pay between 28/30k + benefits for the successful candidate.

Out of hours business travel consultants duties
–Provide professional knowledgeable accurate service to clients via email and telephone
-Provide travel solutions to clients outside of normal working hours
-Ensure all requests are handled accurately and within service level agreements
-Take responsibility for inquiry from initial request to ticket issue and invoicing
-Using mainly sabre and some Amadeus
-Meet individual goals and objectives set by the operations manager
Demonstrate excellent fares knowledge
-Ensure complaints are escalated to the operations manager

Out of hours business travel consultants skills required
–Senior business travel consultant experience is a must,
-Strong Sabre knowledge, ideally with some Amadeus knowledge
-Strong fares and ticketing knowledge as well as reissuing experience
-Fully competent in flight bookings, rail, hotel and ground products
