Media Travel Specialist, West London, Salary £33-35k

This is a very exciting role arranging travel for the Media and TV Industry Productions! This is a fast paced role requiring high touch for often multi location film shoots, seeking candidates with extensive air and ground product knowledge. Ideally you will be and ambitious problem solver, and have worked in a niche travel area previously, with excellent geographical knowledge. It\\\’s an exciting time to join a growing company with opportunity to progress and evolve withy them. Great environment based in West London. Salary around £35k plus benefits and bonus.

Media Travel Specialist Responsibilities:

Using Galileo to book sometimes complex multi destination itineraries
Change bookings, for example dates and times of flights at short notice
Make sure the crew have all bags and excess baggage booked
Arrange transportation and hotels
Build strong and trusting client relationships
Gain Deep client understanding
Acts on customer requests including complex and lengthy specifications
Provides clients with accurate travel help for information to assist with any client initiated changes and unexpected situations

Media Travel Specialist Skills Requirements:

GDS knowledge is essential
Problem solver
Sociable and ambitious
Flexible approach to work
Extensive product and airline knowledge
Worldwide travel experience
Outstanding levels of customer service
Confident managing multiple complex itineraries
Able to work well under pressure with a great attention to detail
Good knowledge of different fares and airline policies
