Job Description

Customer service coordinators(travel insurance)(40 positions) salary £19,500 plus £1500 bonus based from home. They are looking for candidates to be based up to 20 miles from Norwich. Experience wise they would like customer service experience over the phone and are open to various industries.

Customer service coordinators duties

-To provide an professional and proactive response to all customer contact. Including selling insurance upgrades adhering to the companies procedures and in line with the principles of treating customers fairly.
-Deliver outstanding experiences to customers each and every day in line with our Business Partners contractual agreements.
-All customers are calling them for help and therefore you will be required to handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a helpful, friendly, polite and professional way.
-To manage each contact ensuring that the customer receives the most appropriate service in a timely and cost effective manner.
-To ensure that all solutions discussed are delivered at the agreed time and that the customer is kept fully appraised of the progress.
-To prioritise your work in line with customer needs, using the most proactive approach to deliver the best customer outcome.
-To ensure that the relevant Supervisor/Manager is informed of any service failure or potential problem.
-To ensure all customer conversations are recorded and carry out administrative tasks as required within the department.

Customer service coordinators skills required
-Successful candidate must have worked in a customer service role over the phone, Travel industry knowledge would be a plus due to type of insurance being travel
-A genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service at all times
-Excellent, professional and clear telephone manner
-Great communicator

Additional information
-35 hours a week Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
-As its a homebased position you must have a work space available to fit a desktop, two monitors
-Strong WIFI, minimum of 10 mbps
-Training online
-All equipment provided
