Customer Service Advisor – Bideford. An excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing travel business based near Bideford in North Devon where you will be responsible for providing first class customer service and booking holidays for potential customers.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
You will be providing the first and ongoing points of contact to customers, selling holidays and converting leads, making bookings and answering any questions the customer may have. You will maintain the company system to ensure communication is tracked, you will work towards and exceed a set of KPI’s/goals and maintain a strong knowledge of the company products and procedures.
Customer Service Advisor Skills Required
Previous call-centre experience preferred but open to other customer facing / customer service or reservations backgrounds
An excellent phone manner and communication skills
Experience managing a range of customers and finding resolutions to their needs
Ability to meet targets with a self-motivated approach
Experience in the travel, leisure or hospitality sector would be a distinct advantage
Excellent attention to detail
Customer Service Advisor Package
A basic salary of £19.500
25 days holiday
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week.
Shifts are in between 9am to 9pm and are determined by a rota in advance. This will include some (but not all weekends and a mix of day time and evening shifts to meet business needs but some flexibility can be accomodated depending on your own availability/commitments)
Must be able to work from Head Office in Bideford when required, initially the role will be required to work from home until we return to office working
