Job Description

Customer Service Manager – Remote Working: This well establish Cruise Travel Company are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Manager, based working from home.

Customer Service Manager – Responsibilities:
– Investigating and solving customer problems, which may be long standing or complex that have been escalated by customer service assistants.
– Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a passenger being taken ill.
– Discussing with the accounts team refunds or compensations due to passengers
– Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing
– Writing reports analysing the customer service that’s provided
– Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards and meeting with other manager to discuss possible options
– Involved with staff recruitment and appraisals
– Training staff to deliver high standard of customer service
– Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff

Customer Service Manager – Skills Required:
Previous experience as a Customer Service / Relations Manager or as a Team Leader or Senior Customer Service Advisor within the travel industry.
– Excellent communication skills to allow you to inform, help and advise passengers clearly.
– Previous experience within a Cruise travel company
– Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants
– Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards

Additional Information:
– Paying £26K – £28K
– Working from home
– Hours 9am – 6pm Mon – Fri
– 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
