DevOps Engineer – AWS Experience – Brighton/Remote. This fast paced, expanding and international travel business are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to take ownership of their AWS environments. The role can be remotely based with occasional travel to Brighton.

Dev Ops Engineer Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining AWS workloads in multiple environments, designing and deploying new infrastructure based on application requirements. You will work closely with developers and third party technology providers, drive infrastructure improvement’s and migrations to new technologies, identify and rectify any faults as well as managing budgets for infrastructure in all environments.

DevOps Engineer Skills Required

• A strong background working with AWS workloads
• Experience using a number of the following services – EC2 Autoscaling, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, WAF, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, VPC, S3, Route 53, IAM.
• Experience of;
  • Server configuration with Ansible.
  • Infrastructure provisioning with CloudFormation.
  • Working with Linux and Windows Server.
  • Maintaining a CI/CD pipeline with Jenkins
  • CLI scripting i.e. Bash or Python

DevOps Engineer Additional Information

This role can be remote if preferred but occasional travel to Brighton would be required.
A basic salary up to £50,000 per annum
Casual dress code, employe discounts, Monday-Friday
