GCS Recruitment are searching for an opportunity to work with one of the leading retail companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing and implementing the company’s social media strategy across all channels
• Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
• Liaising with the VP of marketing to articulate online the marketing strategy and targeting campaigns of the year
• Designing the SEO strategy of the company’s website and monitoring key metrics and KPIs
• Creating reports that prove effective strategy implementation
• Forecasting marketing campaign growth and return on investment for marketing campaigns
• Managing email and social media marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with the in-house creative team

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing of equivalent would be considered an asset
• Marketing/advertising/ SEO experience would be ideal
• Successful proven record of translating marketing campaigns online
• Fluent in social media, web technologies and google analytics
• Analytical with a passion in analysing data and coming up with trends
• Creative, ambitious with the ability to think outside of the box
• Great communication skills; both written and verbal
• Goal and action oriented
• An excellent team player
