Events Team Leader: This established business travel company are recruiting for an experience Team Leader within their Meeting & Events team. Office based in London or Hybrid set up. Paying up to circa £44K.

Events Team Leader, Responsibilities:

• Monitor staff performance alongside Head of Meeting & Events, providing direction, training, coaching and motivation.
• Manage your own client portfolio, proactively build meaningful and lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate proactive thinking when providing meeting and event solutions

Events Team Leader, Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge of the Meeting and Events industry
• Experience with leading and monitoring performance
• Ability to motivate and provide direction to individuals and team to achieve agreed targets.

Additional Information:

• Paying up to circa £44K
• Either hybrid or office based in London
• Private health care
