Flights administrator – Required for this lovely niche tour operator based in North London. They are looking for a flight’s specialist from another tour operator of airline with Amadeus knowledge to join their team and will pay up to £25,000 + benefits.

Flights administrators duties
-Managing flight manifests in timely manner to airlines
-Creating bookings in Amadeus from flight manifests to complete manifests and maintain accurate records
-Calculating and optimising costs for flight upgrades
-Monitoring flight changes and updating as necessary in-house systems, and advising guests and other departments.
-Provide assistance, support and advice as necessary

Flight administrators skills required
-Previous Travel experience within a Tour Operator or Airline
-Experience of working with Group Travel, Airline Groups & Allocations
-Ideally have Amadeus Fare & Ticketing experience
-Excellent attention to detail is essential
