German & Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive
This Villa Specialist travel company is looking for a German and Italian Speaking Customer Services Executive to join their expanding team.This company are renowned for the high quality of their product range and for personalised top class customer service. As a German & Italian Speaking Customer Services Executive you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from German, Italian & English customers.

German & Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive – Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from German, Italian & English customers wishing to make a booking or from existing customers with queries.
  • Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm and effective manner.
  • Handle all related administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with overseas villa owners as required to pass on information and resolve any situations arising.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the villas offeed and the areas in which they are located.

German & Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive – Skills Required:

  • Bilingual German, Italian & English verbal & written required.
  • Experience in the travel sector preferred, with a knowledge of Italy being an advantage.
  • Customer service experience with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in the company’s success and growth.

German & Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive – Additional Information:

  • Salary circa £24k depending on experience.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 6, plus weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
  • Regular familiarisation trips are provided.
  • 28 days annual leave (including bank hlidays).
  • Regular social events.
