Job Description

Holiday Rental Services Coordinator – Holt, Norfolk. An excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable and well established holiday rentals business where you will be responsible for supporting the property services manager in ensuring the highest standards and property upkeep are met through the effective management of multiple contractors (housekeeping, maintenance etc).

Holiday Rental Services Coordinator Responsibilities

In order to maintain the highest property standards, you will co-ordinate a variety of contractors from housekeeping and gardeners to maintenance and laundry. You will regularly monitor the customer arrivals list to anticipate any issues with property works or housekeeping, ensure cleaner checklists are completed, communicate with the different trades people and support with the management of invoicing and finance reconciliation. You will deputise the property services manager in their absence and also the housekeeping department on occasions and when absolutely necessary, if they are unable to do the changeover then you would need to step in and do this yourself to ensure the property is ready for the next set of guests.

Holiday Rental Services Coordinator Skills Required

  • Knowledge of property management/maintenance and/or excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of the holiday rentals market would be an advantage
  • Customer service focussed
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A self-motivated problem solver
  • Full driving Licence

Holiday Rental Services Coordinator Package

A salary of around £18,500 – £19,500 per annum, paid overtime for when you take a shared responsbility for the out of hours phone, 25 days holiday (plus ban holidays), life assurance, staff discounts, a friendly and fun working environment.

Contracts are 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday) and typically 9am-5.30pm, although some flexibility around evenings/weekends will be required at times.
