GCS Recruitment are searching for a HR & Administration Executive with one of the leading software companies in Malta.


  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information
  • Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gathering payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Publishing, removing and updating job ads
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed
  • Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Developing training and onboarding material
  • Responding to employees’ questions about benefits


  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field would be ideal
  • Previous work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role would be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player
