Manage all marketing channels and prepare all marketing communications for the hotel and
outlets, including bars and restaurants.
– This includes all creating and managing all collateral assets, maintaining all brand
communication guidelines and standards and acting as the voice of the brand.
– Responsible for managing online media (special offers page, advertising, website content, event
marketing), email marketing, and print (advertising, collateral, promotions).
– Create and manage all brand packages and practices for the hotel including special events and
promotional opportunities to ensure that they are in keeping with the Brand vision, and
property goals.
– Maintain detailed marketing calendars for the hotels & resorts
– Maintain reputation management through creative social media and online review site
campaigns.
– Report on marketing successes, opportunities, and strategies to all levels.
– Complete detailed competitive analysis for lifestyle brand hospitality.
– Coordinate and oversee public relations and promotional activities that support the needs of
the hotels and resorts, with a focus on improved revenue performance.
– Forge local partnerships and review opportunities for local level promotions and sponsorships
to gain recognition and beneficial status within the community.
