RESPONSIBLE FOR

• The overall responsibility of the marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand engagement, sales strategies, creative service, Public Relations, Ad, and web, on line, and E-marketing.
• Supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations and facilitate interdepartmental communications and managing external communications.
• Develop, implement, execute, monitor and evaluate of marketing communication strategies to drive and achieve the revenue related to the ideal market mix, brand status, direct sales, advertising, promotions, public relations, graphic and collateral, social media, brand marketing efforts, special events and the promotional program.
• Ensure the effective executive communications, media relations, issues/crisis management, and corporate social responsibility, and perform the tasks to the highest standards.

PRIME OBJECTIVE

• Manage all marketing channels and prepare all marketing communications for the hotel property including bars and restaurants, with a focus on improved revenue performance.
• Keep self-up to date on industry trends, staying aligned with the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement the marketing plan, pricing strategies, promotional activities including branding.
• Implement and handle all collateral assets.
• Be a spoke person for brand communication including the guidelines and standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage online media such as special offers page, advertising, website content, event marketing, email marketing, and off line media such as print for advertising, collateral, promotions in order to manage competitive analysis
• Implement, monitor, and manage brand packages and practices for the hotel including special events and promotional opportunities to ensure that they are in keeping with the Brand vision, and property goals.
• Maintain detailed marketing calendars.
• Coordinate and oversee public relations and promotional activities with the hotel team in order to support the needs of the hotel and outlets such as photo shoots, broadcasts, celebrity interviews and other specific events.
• Understand the Local market and be partnership with local government, agency, suppliers, school and/or universities, etc. and find the opportunities for local level promotions and sponsorships to gain recognition and beneficial status within the community.

REQURIED QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET

• Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
• Practical experience at least ten years as a Marketing Communication Manager role in the hotel or travel industry and the agency and brand, and digital experience is a plus.
• Excellence interpersonal, ​presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Matured results oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Thorough knowledge of the latest technology, trends and platforms for integrated marketing
• The ideal candidate will be a young, outgoing, vibrant and creative with strategic mind, Strong analytical abilities and good decision-making skills and able to work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market status.
