The Night Manager will ensure that guest will experience a warm welcome, executed smoothly and efficiently, guests will further experience an efficient departure that conveys a sense of appreciation and recognition to create lasting positive memories and will provide service which will be stylish, thoughtful and surprising.

YOUR DUTIES

• ensuring smooth night operations
• creating memorable arrival and departure experiences for our guests
• be the first point of contact in terms of guest relations and services for house guests and non-residents
• maintaining high data quality levels
• taking responsibility for the entire hotel property during the night
• billing and invoice preparation
• daily accounting tasks of Front Office operations
• operational communication and support with Housekeeping/Engineering/In-Room Dining

YOUR PROFILE

• completed vocational training in hotel industry
• a minimum of one-year professional experience in at least shift leader position of Front Office Operations
• familiar with Front Office related IT&T systems
• strong customer focus
• high level of emotional intelligence
• must be fluent in Thai and English
• other language skills are advantageous
