Your career begins here, duties include:

• Arranging high end villa itineraries for the discerning clientele.
• Attend product training sessions, including participating on company sponsored educational trips.
• Represent our client in events and trade exhibitions and be an ambassador for the brand.
• Proactively ensure familiarity with all products developments in your region.
• Maintain an efficient, professional and friendly relationship with the client throughout the booking process.
• Maintain regular contact with clients (and travel agents) to keep them informed of progress and the status of booking, including updating on developments.

Knowledge and skills required:

• Previous experience of working in the travel industry within a boutique high-end travel agents or luxury tour operator
• Well-polished / have finesse
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
