Product Executive – Luxury Travel Company. London. 26-27K per annum plus amazing annual travel perk. This role would be suitable for a Travel & Tourism Grad with some experience working in an administrative and service driven role OR for a Travel Consultant looking to become a Product Executive. Hybrid working (3 days in the office) Mon- Fri.

Product Executive Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for suppliers in the particularly those in Mediterranean
• Responding to enquiries by new prospective suppliers and assisting the Head of product in implementing them.
• Updating and maintaining supplier contracts and accuracy of product info spreadsheets and CRM
• Work with marketing to enter new travel product onto website
• Researching new product and initiating relationship with the suppliers
• Researching potential new destinations
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Answering general product enquiries, internally and externally
• Helping with the production of the newsletter
• Keep the sale steam abreast of any product changes
• Assist in organising education trips and joining some of these trips

Product Executive Experience and skills required:

• Educated to A Level or Degree level (preferably in Travel and Tourism)
• High level of organisation
• High level of communication skills
• Passion for travel
• Some working experience in a role which requires both attention to detail, organisation and customer service
