Regional Service Director – Relocation to Manilla OR Shanghai. A fantastic opportunity to join a global online ecommerce business where you will be responsible for leading multiple in house and BPO Contact Centres serving English speaking countries around the world. For the first 6-12 months you would need to be based in either Manilla or Shanghai where the largest sites are based, after which you could also be based in Singapore with travel to various sites when required.

Regional Service Director Responsibilities

Reporting to the Global Head of Service, you will be responsible for providing leadership to around 6 global contact centres (inbound and outbound) with over 1000 headcount that serve English speaking countries. You will develop effective work flows, processes and procedures, seek improvements to service performance, driving financial performance and team development.

Reginal Service Director skills required

• Significant contact centre management experience, multi-site and Global experience preferred
• Experience of in-house and managing BPO / outsourced contact centres would be an advantage (but either or will be considered)
• A track record of creating and delivering strategic initiatives to address common problems in contact centre environments
• Experience of project management and delivery
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent leadership skills and team management

Regional Service Director additional information

A highly competitive salary and bonus incentive which will be tailored to the individual subject to experience.

You will at least initially be required onsite preferably in Manilla, if not in Shanghai, after which you could also be based in Singapore with some travel required to the different sites.
