Reservations Designer;

• Make arrangements for transportation, hotel accommodation, car rentals, tours, trains, ferries, recreational activities etc.
• To provide effective and timely delivery of travel arrangements with local service providers as requested by the clients. Make reservations, amendments of existing reservations, or even sometimes cancelations.
• Double check the details of the bookings: name as per passport, train tickets (first or second class, travel dates), names on e-tickets, check-in and check-out dates of hotels etc.
• To coordinate travel arrangements where necessary with other country offices.
• Creating a great working relationship with our suppliers in Thailand

Good command of Word, Excel is needed. Writing in basic English is a must.
