GCS Recruitment is searching for a Senior Storekeeper to work with one of the leading FMCG companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

Effective inventory management
Following effective inventory techniques and procedures
Ensuring proper upkeep and maintenance of the stores area
Overseeing and coordinating the supplies required to be dispatched
Reviewing all items received against delivery notes and invoices
Maintaining inventory control records on material received and/or dispatched
Preparing and inspecting goods for delivery
Ensuring orders are correctly delivered to the clients
Ensuring that storekeepers are collecting the appropriate orders
Assisting in the coordination of daily routes for drivers

Requirements:

Minimum of O’ Level qualifications
Previous experience as a Storekeeper is considered a strong asset
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Must possess a Technical background
Skilled in operating common office equipment
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Keen attention to detail
Ability to lead and motivate a team
