TRAVEL AFTER SALES MANAGER
SOUTHWEST LONDON

THE JOB
A luxury holiday company in South West London is looking for an after-sales manager in this hands-on role, managing a small team of after-sales customer service executives. This is a key role in the business as you’ll oversee the clients’ pre and post-departure experience ensuring outstanding customer service is maintained at all times. You will be liaising with clients on a daily basis via phone and email, answering queries, actioning any required amendments and requests as well as using excellent people management skills to lead the after-sales team.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*An enthusiastic, flexible and committed approach
*Strong experience in a management/supervisory/leadership role
*A background working in the travel industry is essential
*Highly customer service focussed
*People management skills including managing, motivating and developing staff, both individually and as a team
*A high standard of written and spoken English
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work under a high level of pressure and to set deadlines
*Ability to forge and maintain working relationships both internally, with clients and travel suppliers
*The ability to travel abroad when the business requires it of you
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
In return, you’ll benefit from a competitive salary plus excellent company and travel-related benefits. This is a full-time role working five days a week 9 am-6 pm Monday to Friday. You’ll work one weekend a month which will be 10 am-4 pm Saturday and Sunday. For this weekend you’ll receive two days off between Monday-Friday.
