Travel Covid Advisory Consultant: This business travel company are currently recruiting for consultants to handle all client Covid related questions and queries.

Travel Covid Advisory Consultant, Responsibilities:
– Read and monitor Covid-19 related intelligence using approved sources to ensure accurate advise is given
– Provide Covid-19 travel related information to clients (via business travel consultants) using templated advisory documents and/or emails
– Design Covid-19 standard templates for FAQ’s
– Verify and continually update Covid-19 templates before sending to staff and clients
– Proactively identify and implement enhancements to improve processes of the department as Covid-19 evolves

Travel Covid Advisory Consultant, Skills Required:
– Will consider Travel and Tourism Graduate who’s got good geography knowledge and an interest to step into travel
– Previous experience working within corporate business travel company would be an advantage
– Exceptional telephone manner and excellent written skills
– Demonstrate ability to make effective use of available resources to complete tasks to agreed deadlines
– To build a strong knowledge of the travel industry, geographical locations and products
– Experience in using MS Word and Excel software packages

Additional Information:
– Either office based in London or remote based
– Paying £25K – £30K depending on experience
– Working Mon – Fri hours within 8.30am – 6pm
