Travel Customer Service Advisor – Required for an award winning travel company , who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding travel company based in the Manchester area . They are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors or travel consultants from a retail or call centre background to assist clients over the phone with any amendments/queries on existing booking and also assist with new bookings to Worldwide destinations for clients over the phone . They will pay £18,500 and the role will be working Monday-Friday 9-5.30 (occasional weekends maybe required) this is a home based role but you will be required to attend any meetings at the companies head office in the Manchester area
Travel Customer Service Advisor duties
-Booking and amending a wide variety of worldwide holidays over the phone
-Offering advice on products and destinations, whilst offering a high level of service
-Assisting clients with any queries over the phone and by email
Travel Customer Service Advisor skills required –Travel reservations and customer service experience is a must, either in a call centre or a retail shop
-Service driven with a passion for customer service
-Confident working within a busy , varied role
